After you submit an order, you pay via a PayPal link on the site. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with credit or debit cards. There is a $5 minimum charge. Work begins on your job when payment is received.
All payments are handled privately and securely through PayPal. I see nothing related to your payment.
I will do my utmost to provide you with top-quality work, and carefully check and double-check all work, but you agree that when you submit payment to me, you are not paying for perfection. I cannot guarantee that my work will be perfect.
If you're dissatisfied with my work, please contact me within ten days of receiving it by replying to the "Completed Job" email you received. In that reply email, clearly describe the part(s) of the work with which you're dissatisfied and clearly describe the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction. I'll redo the work one time to ensure you're satisfied.
If you're still dissatisfied with my work after you've clearly communicated with me as described above, and after you've given me a reasonable time to redo it and make it right for you, I will give you a refund as outlined below, subject to the exceptions listed in the Refund exceptions section, below:

If you wish to cancel your job either before or after you paid, reply to the emails you received related to the job and tell me that you want to cancel the job.
If you have already paid for the job, and I receive your cancellation request before I start working on the job, I will process a 100% refund. If I have already started working on the job, I will process a partial refund that reflects the amount of work I've already done on the job. For example, if I've finished half the job, I'll process a 50% refund.
